Because our stylists operate independently, we encourage scheduling an appointment with your chosen stylist. That said, you’re always welcome to stop by—whether to gather information for a future visit or to see if we have any last-minute openings available.

Yes! We carry a wide variety of professional products and brands. Your stylist will be happy to recommend the best options tailored to your hair type, texture, and lifestyle.

How should I arrive?

Please arrive on time with clean, dry hair. You’re welcome to bring a book, laptop,  snacks, etc. to make yourself comfortable, and we also offer a coffee bar and a selection of other beverages for you to enjoy.

What is your cancelation policy?

Each stylist operates independently and maintains their own cancellation policy. As a courtesy, we kindly request a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you’re feeling unwell, we recommend rescheduling your appointment for everyone’s comfort and care.

Can I bring my child?

Yes! We’re a family-friendly salon, but we’re also a place for relaxation. As long as your little ones can relax alongside you, they’re more than welcome. For everyone’s safety, due to hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemicals, children must remain seated and supervised at all times.
