Introducing Sara | Co-owner and Color Specialist

Hi, I’m Sara — a licensed hairstylist with 15 years of experience, proudly serving the Antioch, IL community. I specialize in healthy hair, dimensional color, and modern, wearable trends designed to complement your lifestyle. I am a Redken specialist, am certified in tape-in-extensions and maintain a focus on continuing education to stay current on trends and techniques.

My approach is simple: beautiful hair should never come at the expense of its health. I focus on maintaining the integrity of your hair while creating customized color and cuts that grow out seamlessly and feel effortless between visits.

But beyond the hair — the experience matters just as much.

Time in my chair feels like brunch with the girls. It’s relaxed, honest, fun, and completely judgment-free. We’ll talk hair goals, life updates, and everything in between — while I create a look that makes you feel confident long after you leave the salon.

I believe in education, transparency, and recommending the right services and professional products based on your individual hair needs — so you can maintain that fresh-from-the-salon feeling at home.

If you’re looking for healthy, modern hair in a welcoming space where you can truly unwind, I can’t wait to have you in my chair.

A bit about my life outside of the salon,
I am a sun-lover. You can find me in the garden, on the boat, pool or at my kiddos baseball games all summer long with an iced coffee in hand. ( vanilla and almond milk is my go to!) I am an animal lover as well! I have 2 dogs and a cat. I am (almost) married to an amazing man who is a tattoo artist. We are a fun-filled, slightly chaotic, creative household.

My books are currently open for daytime, weekday availability!

I specialize in custom color, corrective color, perms (yes — for all you boys 😉), precision haircutting for men, women, and kids, facial waxing, eyebrow tinting, and special occasion styling including prom and homecoming looks.

My passion is helping every guest feel confident, refreshed, and genuinely cared for while creating looks that fit their lifestyle and personality.

My husband and I moved our family back to Antioch after much time, and we’re so excited to be home in this incredible community!
I’m deeply involved in local volunteering and love giving back whenever I can. Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband, our four kids, and our dog. You’ll often find me exploring coffee shops, antiquing, watching movies, traveling, and making memories with family.
